ZENMYND FOR ORGANIZATIONS

What happens inside us
shapes what happens between us.

Dialogue-led, experiential programs that help people recognize stress and steadiness, create space before reaction, and bring ancient principles into modern professional situations.

DIALOGUE BEFORE PRESENTATION

A session may begin
with questions.

Where do you experience stress?

How do you know you are stressed?

Where do you feel it in your body?

What does calm feel like?

Would you recognize steadiness if you experienced it?

THE EXPERIENCE

Notice. Experience.
Apply.

ZenMynd workplace programs are participatory and reflective rather than lecture-heavy.

01

Dialogue

Begin with the team’s language and lived experience of pressure, attention, reaction, and steadiness.

02

Embodied practice

Experience an accessible seated meditation, breath-awareness practice, or Yoga Nidra where appropriate.

03

Reflection

Notice what changed, what was difficult, and what the contrast reveals about the internal state.

04

Workplace application

Connect the experience to leadership, difficult conversations, decisions, boundaries, attention, and response under pressure.

ANCIENT PRINCIPLES · PROFESSIONAL LIFE

STATE → DHARMA → KARMA

Awareness of state creates room to examine what should guide the response. Insight then has to become action in the meeting, decision, conflict, or conversation.

STATEWhat is happening within me?

DHARMAWhat principle or responsibility matters here?

KARMAWhat deliberate action will I take?

POSSIBLE PROGRAM THEMES

YOUR FACILITATOR

Professional leadership.
Contemplative practice.

AJ is a former Design Leader at Dell, a meditation and breathwork teacher, an RYT-200 certified yoga teacher, and the founder of ZenMynd.

He understands corporate life from inside it: ambition, ambiguity, responsibility, changing roles, difficult conversations, and the gap between knowing how one wants to lead and accessing that capacity under pressure.

AJ has delivered meditation and wellbeing sessions for teams at Google and Dell. These sessions were pro bono and are cited as facilitation experience, not as paid commercial engagements or endorsements.

WHAT THIS IS — AND IS NOT

Philosophically grounded.
Professionally relevant.

ZenMynd does not strip away its Eastern philosophical foundation to sound like generic corporate wellness. Ideas are explained in contemporary language and applied to real situations.

It is not therapy, medical treatment, a promise to eliminate stress, or an executive-performance optimization system. The work develops awareness, embodied experience, reflection, and increasingly deliberate action.

A FOCUSED START

Begin with one real question.

What is the group facing, and what would be useful for people to recognize or practice together?

  1. 01Listen

Understand the audience, context, and pressure point.

  2. 02Shape

Recommend an experiential format around the need.

  3. 03Facilitate

Combine dialogue, practice, reflection, and application.

  4. 04Learn

Review the experience and decide what, if anything, should follow.
