Month 1: Reset your State

We start with the body, because everything else depends on it. In the first month you will learn how to breathe correctly, not just as a relaxation technique but as a tool you carry with you everywhere. You will receive a fully customized breathing and meditation plan built around your specific patterns of stress and reactivity. A complete video guide and session outline walks you through every practice so you always know what to do and why. By the end of month one, your nervous system will begin to feel genuinely different, calmer at baseline, quicker to recover, less likely to tip into reaction.

Month 2: Rewrite Your Story

When your state stabilizes, something interesting happens. The stories you have been telling yourself about who you are start to loosen. In month two we work at the identity level.
