What to expect with Zen Mynd Program?
The ZenMynd is a 6-week private coaching program where you meet with your instructor once every week and an optional public session on Wednesday.
You will emerge from this 6-week journey with a renewed sense of purpose, a toolbox of ancient techniques, and a community of support. The combination of breathwork, meditation, and self-reflection will empower you to navigate both personal and professional challenges with resilience and clarity. ZenMynd is an ongoing process, and these six weeks provide a strong foundation for continued growth and transformation
Week 1: Foundation of Breath
Overview: Introduction to the transformative power of breathwork. Understanding the basics of pranayama for mental clarity and stress reduction.
Activities: Daily guided breathwork sessions, mindfulness exercises, journaling to reflect on current challenges.
Week 2: Mindful Reflection
Overview: Delving into self-awareness through meditation. Cultivating mindfulness to observe thoughts without judgment.
Activities: Daily meditation practices, setting personal and professional intentions, identifying limiting beliefs.
Week 3: Body-Mind Connection
Overview: Integrating breathwork and meditation with yoga asanas. Exploring the synergy between body movement and mental well-being.
Activities: Daily yoga sessions, breath-centered asanas, mindful walking, journaling reflections on mind-body connection.
Week 4: Emotional Alchemy
Overview: Harnessing breath to navigate and transform emotions. Techniques for emotional resilience and balance.
Activities: Breathwork for emotional release, gratitude practices, exploring emotional triggers, journaling on emotional healing.
Week 5: Vision and Purpose
Overview: Clarifying personal and professional goals. Aligning actions with core values.
Activities: Vision board creation, guided visualizations, goal-setting exercises, breathwork for focus.
Week 6: Integration and Empowerment
Overview: Bringing together the tools learned for sustained transformation. Building a personalized daily practice.
Activities: Creating a holistic daily routine, reflection on progress, future planning, sharing experiences within a supportive community.

Who should sign up for this program?
You should sign up for this program if you are:
Stressed at work or home and cannot sleep, because of incessant mind chatter and you need some peace and calmness.
You feel lost and anxious. You are worried about life and lack any direction and feel hopeless. You need some comfort and hope.
You feel there is something missing in your life. There is, an emptiness, a void and you want to figure out what is it that you are missing.
How much does it cost?

How do these sessions work?
All personal sessions and the optional meditation sessions are held via Zoom, so they’re super easy to join with your laptop, your tablet or your phone. You’ll receive a link to join once you complete your registration.
When does this program start?
The personal sessions start depending on the mutual availablity, please discuss this with your instructor. The course is also offered as a group sessions , more details will be posted as they become available. Typically they are held at 8:00 am EST/9:00 am CST / 7:00 am PST on six Saturdays. The first session is 75 minutes; the following five sessions are 60 minutes.
What if I need to miss a class or practice session?
Please consult your needs with the instructor. The classes in this sessions are built on top of each other. The meditation practice sessions are optional.
What happens in the sessions?
Each session includes: a brief check-in about how your practice is going; guided meditation; instruction and insight from the coach on that week's technique; and Q&A.
Who is the coach?
AJ is a certifified Yoga and Meditation teacher with decades of practicing and learning the ancient techniques of mind and body. He has spent years learning and adapting these practices to suit the modern world.
I don’t have much experience with meditation or Yoga is this program right for me?
Yes, these sessions will start with the basic of meditation and maintaining the practice. Having an experienced teacher’s guidance and support can make the difference between developing a solid meditation practice, and not getting started with one.
Can I start and stop during the program?
You’ll learn the most - and do the most to build your meditation practice - if you attend and practice all the six weeks continuously. However, if you need to miss or reschedule one of the six sessions talk to your instructor.
I tend to jump into things, and then not finish them. How can I be sure I'll make it through the course? The best part about doing this course is the accountability and inspiration we give you to keep you on-track. When you set your goals for the course, we'll hold you accountable to sticking with it. Your instructor will check in with you every week.
What happens if I sign up, and then realize it's not right for me? Do you give refunds?
We want you to feel totally comfortable dipping your toes into the meditation waters with us. If you join and decide any time during first week that it's not for you, we'll give you a full refund. You must request the refund by 11:59pm CST of the first week for us to honor it.
